Refunds are only available before significant work begins. After work starts, payments are non-refundable.

What if I need changes or help after the website is done?

Optional maintenance plans cover updates after launch. $50/month includes 2–3 major and 10–15 minor revisions. Extra revisions are billed separately but cheaper than one-off updates.

What is your payment policy?

A 50% deposit is required before work starts, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery. Work begins only after the deposit is received.
